Cotton draws moisture straight out of the hair shaft while you sleep. This bonnet is lined in smooth satin, so the oils, creams and leave-in you applied are still there in the morning.
The band is where most bonnets fail. Ours is deep and cut from stretch jersey, so it grips without pressing on your edges. No slipping off at three in the morning, and no dent across your forehead when you wake up.
Choosing a size
- Standard — shoulder-length, loose or lightly styled hair
- Large — box braids, twists, medium locs, wash-day hair
- XL — long locs, thick 4c hair, large braided styles
If you are between sizes, size up. A bonnet that is slightly loose still works; one that is tight will not stay on.
Care
Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap. Do not wring or twist. Press between a clean towel and hang to dry away from direct sun. Do not iron satin directly; use a cool iron on the reverse if needed.
Cut and sewn in small batches in Nairobi. Every piece is checked by hand before it ships.
